Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD) Community Support Program

According to the Alzheimer’s Association, nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease, and over 11 million Americans are providing unpaid care to those living with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia.  The ADRD Program was created to help improve awareness, education, and support within our community related to dementia, and improve the lives of older adults with a dementia-related diagnosis and their caregivers.   

Dementia Education

Dementia 101: Three- hour class dedicated to supporting family member, community members, and others interested in learning about dementia, including information on dementia signs and diagnosis, communication and care tips, activities for those living with dementia, and more.
